Jemme Stewart will be offering a workshop February 4, 2012 called “My Body is My Temple“.

Starting the new year with clarity, intention, and renewed commitment is a common practice. Setting intention makes it more likely that you can create the kind of year that you would like to experience. Join Jemme on Saturday, February 4, 2012 for an afternoon of asana practice, relevant yogic teachings, pranayama, group discussion, journaling and meditation.

With the intention of deepening your experience of the yogic life, we will use Christina Sell’s book, “My Body is a Temple”, as a springboard for our work. We will spend an afternoon of re-membering and re-committing to building a solid yoga practice in the Anusara style.

Practitioners of all levels will benefit from this workshop. No matter where you are in your practice, just starting, or a long time practitioner, this workshop will take you through a process of clarity and discernment. This will bring you a clear picture of where you are now and where you want to go. With the idea of going deeper into your practice and using the body/mind/wholeness approach found in Christina Sell’s book, we will draw our practice deeper into our “real life”.
